Everything was simply amazing. The property was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Particularly helpful staff from check-in to check-out, without being intrusive. The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, really close to desert, the restaurant and the library and Hayfield Manor.

Very good location for visiting Cork. Impressive interior and equipment. Nice garden and courtyard to stay in. Great breakfast buffet.
You better book a room facing the park. The price is high.

The elegant decor throughout the hotel was good, like stepping into a beautiful painting, with lovely spaces for relaxation that were easily accessible, making it perfect for seniors like me to enjoy comfortably.
More seating in common areas would be appreciated.

Frank, who greeted us very warmly and brought our suitcases to the room. We had delicious dinner at the hotel, the location is also very good.
That evening the bar was very loud and the prices are quite high.

This was just a top selection for a quick stop in Cork with good value for the price. The staff were very friendly and efficient, making us feel at home right away. Just be aware that the spa can get fully booked, so try to reserve early.

We got a great recommendation from the concierge for dinner in Cork. The Italian restaurant Rossini has incredible seafood dishes. Thank you so much for a lovely evening Hayfield Manor!

We planned on staying 4 nights at Hayfield Manor and extended our stay 2 times to 6 nights, and then 7. The staff is so very helpful, well trained and pleasant. We will certainly recommend Hayfield Manor. Paul, the bartender prepares an excellent Old Fashioned. Mr. Mulcahy, the general manager, seemed to always be on duty. One day as I sat in my favorite spot in front of the fireplace in the lobby I watched him go from place to place, straightening pillows, picking up small bits of whatever, speaking to and greeting the staff or patrons.
A very pleasant atmosphere. We eventually had to leave and went to a beautiful hotel. One of our first comments as we settled in was that the staff was not as friendly or as knowledgeable as "our" staff at Hayfield Manor. We so enjoyed our time at Hayfield.

Elegant decor enhances the overall atmosphere.
The common areas felt overcrowded. It was frustrating navigating through cramped spaces while trying to relax. The noise from staff in the hallways during early hours was quite disruptive, causing further annoyance.

The toiletries.
Room not ready on arrival. Was told I had upgrade when another staff member advised my receptionist that she had given my roon out because her guests room was also not ready.Got original room after a small wait.Only one robe left in bathroom when both of us were going to spa.Not informed on arrival were spa was had to ask for directions off staff member who came to room with us.Wasnt informed were the restaurant was either.Very poor information given to us. Extortionist charges for breakfast .Overall didnt find the value for money.Could have booked a city hotel for a third of the price of the room and been more satisfied.Would not return and pay same price again.Big price for small customer service. When leaving hotel receptionist couldnt find 'key' to give me change had to wait a while for key to be found. I can understand the image you want to portray but I feel you don't get it across to the customer.
